More Famous Than God
Simon Cowell beat out God and the Queen as the "most famous person in the world" in a survey of British pre-teens. The kids thought being fat was the worst thing and good looks were among the very best. They also want to ban divorce. An interesting and daunting social commentary from a bunch of 10-year-olds.

... obviously a lot older than 10, hardly thin or good looking, but I can empathize with their views on divorce
since God's a deity and not a mortal person, all's well.
to his credit, simon did work his way up the success ladder whereas elizabeth got there by birth. actually, she got there when she was 10 years old, after her uncle, the heir to the throne, decided to chuck the throne and live with his adventurous lady friend.
